As the uninsured population continues to rise, we will see an increase in Discount Card Programs. We have included some language below that might be helpful when signing direct contracts.

 

“The terms of this Agreement including, but not limited to the rate schedules contained within the Agreement, shall not apply to any discount programs or products offered by Company in which the member and services provides are not covered and paid by a third party payer”.
