The Affiliated Healthcare, Inc. (AHI) network no longer offers access to the AHI-HealthLink membership in the state of Texas. Effective December 31, 2006, there will neither be active membership nor any health plan enrollees seeking health care services under AHI-HealthLink. Any claim submitted for dates of service prior to December 31, 2006 will be processed, as usual, through the AHI contract. No claims will be processed for services incurred after December 31.

Claims for dates of service on or after December 31, 2006 should be filed in accordance with the instructions on the patient's current ID card.
